Triteq have always recognised that our strength is in our team. We value our people and ensure that we continually invest in learning and development.

So how does it work? The directors have just introduced a new program for making sure that we understand what our team needs and how this benefits the company as a whole.

During February we invited everyone at Triteq to think about what training they needed, how this would impact on their role and the shared skills within the company.

All of the requests were collected and collated and presented to the directors for review. We researched all the training requests to find out where the training was available, including start times and a detailed review of the content for each course.

Over the next few months as the training programs begin, we will include regular reports on our team, what they're learning and how this affects our performance.
