Opportunities for outstanding green innovation have just been announced by Cleantech Innovate for 2015. This year’s event was excellent, held in February, delegates saw an extensive range of presentations from entrepreneurs with commercially-sound green business solutions. Gaining momentum and impact year on year, in 2015 there will be two showcases both offering exclusive access to innovators building fast-growth green solutions. The events will take place in London and Scotland, with €20,000 cash prizes on offer at both events and applications already coming in. The prizes will go to two companies demonstrating a high impact climate innovation with growth potential and are being awarded by event sponsor Climate KIC.
Triteq are delighted to be one of the sponsors for the London event on 12th February 2015 and we will be showcasing our skills in design, electronic engineering, software, prototype development and manufacturing for the Cleantech industry. The event is being held in association with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, who will host the London event at the Institution’s premises at 1 Birdcage Walk, London, close to Westminster Underground Station and minutes from Parliament.
Both events will follow a similar format, with a series of five minute presentation pitches from applicants, followed by a Q &A session. This fast paced event includes all the presentations, opportunities for networking and the Awards Presentation , followed by a drinks reception.
The Scotland event will be part of Glasgow’s Green Year 2015 and is being held at the new Technology Innovation Centre, University of Strathclyde. Sustainable Glasgow has strong ambitions for a greener future as a European leader in environmental, social and economic sustainability. Striving to cut carbon emissions and become one of the greenest cities in Europe.
