Working at Triteq

As part of my new marketing role at Triteq, I wanted to find out what the people on the  inside felt about being part of this innovative company.  I sent out a short questionnaire to help me find out more. The response was overwhelmingly positive and it was wonderful to get such good feedback.

Building the Triteq team

Triteq-it's all about teamwork

I asked everyone to tell me what they liked best about working for Triteq  and the same words  appeared again and again –  “teamwork , people and supportive”.

“Innovative” and “variety” were used frequently too by many respondents which  suggests that the diversity of the business and the people are strongly supported by the fact that this is a strong team that enjoys working together. One respondent summed this up perfectly “if ever you have a problem, whatever it might be,  many people will be willing to help you”.

” Opportunity to learn new skills” was a popular response too and its clear that this is a team that enjoys learning and appreciates a challenge.

”The opportunity to make a difference”.  The feedback showed that there is  an awareness of what can be achieved at  Triteq. The company continuously demonstrates  its intellectual capabilities, experience  and committment to create and develop new products in medical, electronic and industrial markets, which is a strong focus for policymakers today.

When I asked for three words that described Triteq as a company – there was one clear favourite –  “friendly”. this word appeared in over 80% of the responses.

Professional, welcoming and encouraging were all up there too. The overall picture was extremely positive and I am really looking forward to working with you all on the Triteq Annual Achievement Award. Thank you to all of you who responded- you are all in the first round of the Award criteria – more news to follow soon!

I must add a special thanks to Russ Berry who definately wins the award for the most creative response! Russ has recently announced his retirement, to focus on his band the HOODOO KINGz,.
