At Triteq we recognise that our success is dependent on the strength and performance of our team. In each of the three broad areas of the company: Design; Production & Business Management each team works together to fulfill our mission statement: ‘To be the leading European centre of design excellence and innovation in electronics’. As sustainability for business becomes increasingly important, we want to ensure that we are doing everything we can for our employees, clients, communities and suppliers. To achieve this we want to understand the different influences and drivers on the people within Triteq as this is vital to our ongoing development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, as a responsible business. Success is important to us and how we achieve that success matters just as much. We talked to all the people at Triteq to find out what was important to them about their work. The results were outstanding and showed what a positive and rewarding company this is to work for. We asked everyone at Triteq to tell us what three words they would use to describe the company and what they liked best about working here. Our focus for 2011 will be on how we can support our team of people in their endeavours to work more sustainably? To encourage engagement in our activities we want to recognise and reward our people for their contributions to our targets so we have introduced the Annual Triteq Achievement Award. Over the next twelve months we will invite each department to tell us about their work, their achievements and contributions, this information will be published regularly on our website and will be used to find our first winner of the Triteq Annual Achievement Award to be announced early in 2012. |
